We loved being so close to the seawall. We walked to several restaurants and dive bars on the seawall. Our kids loved the hot tub in the evenings while we enjoyed the patio with the fire pit on a cool evenings. Very cute, clean, historical Galveston home! We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here! The property looks exactly like the photos and Donna was an amazing host. From beginning to end, she was quick to respond and sent clear instructions for everything we needed. The hot tub was even started by the time we got in so we could enjoy it our first night. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and Donna supplies everything you need for a beach day. I highly recommend and we would rebook once we are back in Galveston.

Donna’s beach house was a great getaway. We stay in Galveston frequently and we really liked being just a couple blocks from the sea wall and a very short drive to the strand. Great place!

We had a quick getaway to Galveston and had the privilege to stay at Donna’s Tortuga Tides. This home is immaculate! It has great vintage character with every modern update to make our stay perfect. Donna has thought of everything! We slept amazing in the super comfy beds, had lovely breakfasts each morning, enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings as well as watching our favorite shows in the cozy living room. Tortuga Tides is a quick walk to our favorite eateries, The Spot and BLVD Seafood. Donna even provided chairs and beach supplies for our day at the ocean. We cannot wait to stay again!

We stayed here for a “tourist” weekend and it was PERFECT. We were able to walk to the beach easily (and Donna even provides chairs and a wagon to bring along, as well as beach toys!). We also went to pleasure pier, Stewart beach the second day, and the circus and everything was a breeze to get to. Donna’s space is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and she has an excellent coffee bar (always so happy when an air bnb has nespresso, and the syrups were an added bonus). We loved spending time in the patio/yard space relaxing in the hot tub. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Donna for everything!

Donna’s place was absolutely wonderful! The location was great - it was walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment, and only a short rideshare trip to the Strand.
The house was perfect for my me and my friend’s “girls weekend.” It was super clean, well stocked with any essentials we needed, and a lovely place to relax and catch up. It was a little chilly the Saturday we were there, so we definitely appreciated the hot tub!
We’d absolutely recommend Donna’s home for small groups or families looking to experience everything Galveston has to offer!

Donna’s place was beautiful and in a wonderful location. It was in a convenient location to many Galveston attractions but also offered a safe private location to come back and relax. Would definitely recommend timeless tides!!
