Large deck w/ FIRE PIT & Adirondack chairs, latching gates, HOT TUB, Oversized Umbrella, Outdoor Shower, BBQ pit. BEACH GEAR provided (chairs, wagon, cooler w/ wheels, beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels). FULL COFFEE BAR! Nespresso machine, drip coffee pot, pour over pot, frother, coffee pods, sugar, syrups. FULL KITCHEN w/ upscale amenities!

House Rules
- 5 guests max - if you have more than 5 guests, you will be asked to vacate the unit and no refunds will be given
- NO PETS
- Guests agree to using caution with using the Hot Tub as well as waive all liability and hold harmless property owner/s when using the Hot Tub. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised in the Hot Tub.
- Hot Tub does NOT have a gate surrounding it, children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Top to Hot Tub is to be left on when not in use or an adult is not present. This is a safety precaution.
- Do not use the Hot Tub if water is above 103 degrees. If water is above 103, leave top off and turn temp down to cool off water prior to use.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am (includes Hot Tub, music, deck area)
- No parties/gatherings
- Must be 21 years old to rent at Tortuga Tides and be present during entire stay
- No third party bookings (person who reserves house must be present and staying each night)
- NO REFUNDS will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances - Travelers Insurance is offered at the time of booking, it is your choice to purchase or not. I strongly suggest guests purchase Travelers Insurance.
- No Smoking or Vaping allowed on property
- Hair dying, coloring, and/or bleaching is not allowed.
- Markers, crayons, or sidewalk chalk are not allowed on the property. Please keep these items secured in your vehicle.
- Service Animals must remain with the owner at ALL TIMES and never left unattended in the home. Emotional Support Animals are not allowed.
- Parking is on the street, parking passes are hanging inside the house. Passes are only good within two blocks of the house and are not good for paid parking on Seawall, Strand, etc... $500 FEE FOR LOST PARKING PASSES OR PASSES THAT ARE NOT RETURNED THE SAME DAY AS CHECK OUT. This fee is set by the City of Galveston, not the home owner.
- Early or Late check in requests will be charged $40 (each) IF we can accommodate. I cannot guarantee early or late check in without first confirming with my housekeeping team. Once confirmed you will be sent the request to pay the fee.
- Do not move or rearrange furniture or art in the house.
Cancellation policy is FIRM. I strongly suggest purchasing Travelers Insurance that is offered at the time of booking or purchasing from another source.

Donna’s place was absolutely wonderful! The location was great - it was walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment, and only a short rideshare trip to the Strand.
The house was perfect for my me and my friend’s “girls weekend.” It was super clean, well stocked with any essentials we needed, and a lovely place to relax and catch up. It was a little chilly the Saturday we were there, so we definitely appreciated the hot tub!
We’d absolutely recommend Donna’s home for small groups or families looking to experience everything Galveston has to offer!

This has been on of my favorite stays in Galveston so far. It was perfect for a girls weekend away, was close to everything, and you could walk to the beach. We loved the hot tub, the house was lovely, and it had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! Thank you Donna! Your place made for a wonderful weekend!

Great location just slightly off the busy and noisy beach drive with easy walking distance to the ocean, The Spot (restaurant/bar), and other great places to visit. A perfect relaxing getaway for us. Donna was also quick to respond to our questions. We'll be back for sure!
