- 5 guest MAX. If you book and have more than 5 people or invite guest not on the reservation, you will be asked to leave and no refund provided. - NO PETS - Guests agree to using caution when using Hot Tub as well as waive all liability and hold harmless property owner/s when using the Hot Tub. Children under age of 18 must be supervised in the Hot Tub. - Hot Tub does not have a gate surrounding it, children should be supervised at all times. - Cover to Hot Tub is to be left ON the Hot Tub when not in use or present by adult. This is not only a safety precaution it also is what keeps the water warm. Heat will escape when top is left off when not in use causing the water to be too cold. In the summer months, shade the hot tub with umbrella or water will be too hot for safe use (should never enter Hot Tub with water over 103 degrees). - Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am (this includes Hot Tub use, please respect quiet hours while using Hot Tub). - No Parties/Gatherings - Must be 21 years old to rent at Timeless Tides - No third party bookings (person who rents must be present upon check in and staying each night) - No refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances (I suggest purchasing travel insurance if you are concerned). HURRICANE SEASON Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through Airbnb or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order for Harris, Galveston, or Brazoria Counties. Travel insurance can protect you from circumstances that may hinder you getting to the property, such as flight delays or cancellations. The owner cannot purchase insurance on your behalf therefore travel insurance is solely the responsibility of the guest/traveler. - No Smoking or Vaping allowed on the property - Hair dying, coloring, and/or bleaching is not allowed. - Markers, crayons, or sidewalk chalk are not allowed on the property. Please keep these items secured in your vehicle. - Service Animals must remain with owner at all times and must never be left unattended in the home. - Parking is on street or for compact vehicles in driveway to left front of house. There is ample parking in front of house. Parking passes are hanging in the house by front door. LOST PARKING PASSES ARE $500 EACH - THIS CHARGED IS SET BY THE CITY OF GALVESTON, NOT THE HOME OWNER. - Early and/or late check in requests will be charged $40.00 (each) if we can accommodate. We cannot guarantee until speaking with our housekeeping team. You will be asked to pay after request has been confirmed. For your peace of mind, it is highly advisable to purchase travel insurance that Airbnb offers at the time of booking. Cancellation policy is firm.
